Don't waste time drilling a rotor bolt, unless you're reusing the rotor. Hammer the back side of rotor opposite the hold down and crack the hat. That way u can remove all the rotor pieces and grab da screw with vise grips

yes, finally got those fucker out. i grind the bolt down and it just screw out like nothing.
