m42 and tranny mounts not lined up

The car had a mishap in January. Been sitting ever since. Finally got all my parts to repair it and have the time to gt to it. The car had a front end collision, punctured the oil pan and hit so hard that it pushed the motor off the mounts, both motor and tranny. They just snapped in half. They probably were the originals if I were to bet. Anyway, the original m42 motor mounts have the alignment peggs on the lower mounting studs which makes the offset stud on top face more towards the center of the car. I've replaced the mounts with IE's "revised" green mounts. Just used the older run of yellow tranny mounts since I really haven't heard anything bad about those. I haven't tightened the motor mounts down, just got the threads started. Went to bolt up the tranny cross member and it is about an inch more forward than original? I went back up front and looked at the motor mounts and found that the offset stud is facing correctly towards the center of the car, but the drivers side offset stud on top of the motor mount is facing towards the outside of the car? The motor looks centered and levelled.....the IE m42 mounts don't have the alignment pegs on the lower mounting surface, which might have made it harder to install now that I think of it. Any suggestions or insights? I understand that some stuff may be bent, but the hit wasn't that bad, it didn't even puncture the radiator and the car( if it had oil in it) would probably run and drive.

Possibly, but I won't really know that till I get it into the shop to straighten the radiator support.

I hope it isn't tweeked beyond repair....... The tranny cross member studs are on those guides where u can slide them forward or back Alittle, gonna try to button it back up if I can. With the motor wench I can get the motor up enough to maybe shimmy it back to the original spot with the offsets on the motor mounts facing correctly. Didn't really mess with it too much yesterday

          Passenger side mount

Drivers side now lined up. Had to lift the motor alittle and wrestled it into place. Lowered it down and it all lined up. The tranny mount on the drivers side now lines up nearly where it was. The passenger side is still about a 1/8" to a 1/4" off from where it originally was?

All I have left is the new oil pan and gasket, fill with oil, and connect battery.......hopefully I didn't get any motor damage from the shock of the impact of the collision

Yeah, something was bent in the collision. Not a surprise.

I'm hoping its limited to the radiator support, can't wait to see what the body shop says. It is a head scratcher when thinking about that passenger side tranny mount. Even the exhaust lines up exactly where it was....? Of course, if the car doesn't run when I try to start it, I'll have bigger problems to think about
