you can use a hacksaw blade to cut the outer ring of the old bushing then it will pop out easily, I did it on the workbench.I don't always wreck cars, but when I do I wreck them into trees.

I'm using LS 75W-140 from mobil 1. it's a bit noisy when going around turns on the street or when cold, but the lockup is solid and because of the autox I opted for a heavier weight. I'm satisfied with it, but I wouldn't recommend it for a daily or primarily street car.'84 318i M10B18 147- Safari Beige
