    If you haven't replaced the waterpump, I would do that. Especially since you've already ruled out the crappy radiator. It's not an expensive part.

      water pump was brand new from bmw and was the updated pump, not the plastic one...next thing in line is the thermostat since i was told it could be clogged and stuck....and then if thats not the case then water pump...i doubt its that..its not leaking, no noise, water is pumping...but i just noticed when i turn the car off i can hear sizzling noises and boiling noises coming from the thermostat housing which leads me to believe its stuck either open or clogged

        It's probably stuck closed. Does your lower radiator hose ever get hot? Like can't touch it hot.

        The clutch fan is enough to keep your car cool at idle. You're running the shroud with it too, right?
