Every time my 318is gets a little ass happy only when I turn left throttle cuts as if it feels like I have traction control and when the car straightens out again its pick up speed but only when turning left aggressively!!!!

Does this all the time? or just when low on fuel?
Sounds like your losing fuel pickup in the tank.
Or, hard left turn, wiring short somewhere. Stomp test, CK for codes.
