      The black part of the mount is this rubber or urethane? I had a look at their website & they seem to make a tamer version in the m3 mounts, I know it's not suitable for a track car but I'm hunting mounts for my car which will see light track duties & hill climb action. Just wondering about your mounts if it the "competition" style one as they offer on their site

        How are they made up is it a solid metal block with that thin piece of poly or is the poly incased with in the metal housing?
