    M42 hard start

I've an issue with my euro e36 m42. The story begun when i swaped engines for turbo setup both m42's, the turbo engine craped out on me (chain and timing case rail mount inside) but thats a history. The previous engine came back to the car and a problem occured. When i want to start in the morning it's craning for a good while before getting on. Same story after start, engine warmed, turning it off and starting again. Sometimes she start quicker. Before swaps engine turned on after 1 second. I think it's loosing a spark but then starts and acts normal for all rev range and idle is good. I was thinking about a fuel pump craping out but reading all info in web it should have crappy higer revs. I'm really pissed off because it's not reliable. If someone have similar problem please share your thoughts. Today i'll check crank sensor with resistance meter.
