Hey I was wondering how an m20 exhaust would do on an m42? It seems like its bigger diameter, is it a better flowing exhaust? I can pick up a full headers back exhaust for 50 bucks and I wonder if it would be worth the trouble.
the stock m42 exhaust is already very free flowing. You are not going to see any gains retrofitting an m20 exhaust that will make it worth your while. You would have to modify the m20 exhaust into one collector that would fit the m42 header.
