Valve tick?

Any ideas what this tick is and how to fix it? I already replaced the timing chain tensioner.

Your guides are fucked overhaul or prepare to do an engine swap

Yeah, sounds like it is probably due to aging timing chain components. At the least, pull the valve cover and take a look at the chain, sprockets and whatever you can see of the guide rail.

All the timing components have less than 30k on them. I went ahead and took off the valve cover to see if I could see anything wrong and they all look fine from what I can see.

Hydraulic valve lifters? I read that sometimes running an oil detergent before your next oil change will help clean them out and stop valve train ticking associated with gummy lifters.
