    Green/Brown Wire Near Intake? (1991 BMW 318i)

Hey guys so Im a first time poster so please correct any mistakes i make!

    So here is my problem.
The other day I replaced my water hose connector coupler and I guess while doing that I pulled a wire from its plug.
My car started up (with check engine lights and ran shitty) and then shut off 10 seconds later.
    Now it wont start.

My car was running perfect before that wire fell out. please help me find its home!!!

this is a pic of the wire!

That's actually brown/green and it goes to the oil pressure sensor. However that shouldn't make the car run bad or not run. It may be an optical illusion but are those 2 brown wires running to the oil pressure sender boot?

Did you plug the crank and cam position sensors back in? The cam sensor plugs in on top.
