It's coming from the bottoms of the mani. There's about a 4 inches of the wide that look like there leaking oil. The other leak is coming from right next to the oil filter. Is that the head gasket??

M42 intake manifold leaking oil?

Well, if it's truly coming from the manifold you have a serious problem with oil in the intake tract. However, that would be highly unlikely and I imagine that you have either a leak at the oil filter housing, the oil pressure switch (very likely), or if you have vacuum lines similar to stock under the intake those may be leaking CCV oil.
If the head gasket were leaking oil there your car would not run.

The mani where it bolts to the head? or the upper mani?
Probably getting oil from the crank case vent as roguetoaster said-Christian
