    Omg dead m42

So today I put my cluster back in after good cleaning and put steering wheel back on. Then I change the spark wires go to start car nothing. Wheel is locked I can't get the ignition to turn now nothing. Could it be I put the wire in wrong 1,2,3,4??? If so which order should I do I sad and hurt she was starting fine before I did these things I don't want to take it to a shop to get looked at for something so minor and get charged out the roof. The head light and interiors come on that's about it nothing else.

So the key won't turn? Or can you get the engine to turn over? If you can't turn the key I would think you put something on wrong while reinstalling the wheel.

Is the steering wheel locked? Try shaking the wheel back and forth while turning the key to unlock the ignition.

remove st wheel - then reinstall st wheel with ignition UNLOCKED (1st position, one click clockwise)

Double check you have the wires on correctly. Mine have confused me twice now for some reason.

Look at my last post in your other thread in the M42 section, it has the info on the vacuum hoses.
