Ok so now I'm on to the suspension in my ride I'm looking to do a full refresh what's the semi or best to get sport for a 91 318is ?

We're all Kenworth out here. And as for getting sport, well, Aurora north of about 65th
will fix you up just dandy....

We understand that, but it seems that 99% of people that ask broad, open ended questions like yours ignore our advice anyway and go with something cheap.

Well thats truly not me I been using all oem stuff or high performance replacement, also I not a cheap person nor do I have a budget. Not bragging just being honest.

Spend a couple of days browsing and you should have a good idea of what the entire group thinks. Do remember that the front end (the back slightly as well) of the 318 is a bit lighter than the 325.

Sketch ... I'm selling a complete E30 318is suspension and brake set up. Has about 6k miles on it all. Billie Sports / Eibachs / Lemfoerder Control Arms / E30 M3 offset Cabs ... stock rubber for sway bar bushings/trailing arms / AKG poly subframe bushings.
