    No Spark/Fuel, WTF?

So, I've been trying to get my new 318i that I purchased from Majikal running, but the damn thing has been giving me a few issues.

First off, I just replaced the fuel pump, yet when I crank it, it does not prime. Pull the middle relay off, and it's getting power to both #'s 30 & 86 on the relay. Went to check the power to the pump and it's not getting anything. Jumped #30 & #87 and heard the pump turn on. Then I replaced the fuel pump relay with a known good one, and the problem persists.

Any idea what might be causing it to not turn the pump on when it cranks? Bad ECU, crank sensor?

I'm pretty sure my Ignition coils are shot, but that shouldn't affect the fuel pump turning on, no?

    Thanks for any help/suggestions/input.

I'd swap in a known working ECU to rule that out for sure. I just gave my old one to Joe Funk or I would have just sent mine to you.
Does the CPS control the fuel too, or just the spark?

I have a spare ECU, but I'm not sure if its good or not. Thanks for the offer, guess I'll be on the lookout for one.

Not sure about the CPS, hoping someone might know.

        Shit.

Just checked #30 connector with the ignition off, and it's getting power somehow. Looks like it may be an electrical gremlin.
