When you are hauling ass around a corner all of the oil gets pushed to one side of the oil pan and causes oil starvation,,, This prevents oil starvation.

Hight temp silicone. Allen bolts and plastic lined nuts...

i've had issues in my old one. ridiculous amount of air in the top end from hard cornering. i'm going to run am accumulator instead, so if the pressure drops in the head or pan, it'll drop 1.5q.
