coil over plug kit??

I have an extra valve cover so i would be okay but, do i need to drill holes and such?

No drilling necessary. The threaded rods screw into the existing holes in the valve cover.

So the coils screw to the bracket? and the bracket just pops in the valve cover and sits there right? Or do you have to screw and or bolt bracket to valve over?

The Coil On Plug plate bolts to the valve cover with the supplied threaded rod and hardware provided. It's a clean setup.

In the picture I provided of the turbo motor you can see the nut/washer and the top of the threaded rod between coil 1 and coil 2.

I know its a bit old, but will better high performance coils benefit the motor at all?

are these used coils I'm assuming? I think I got a coil shorting on my M42, plus I want to get new wires, so this might the route I'd like to go.
