In all fairness, the best way I can put it into perspective is to point out that the car is faster than an E46 M3. That's quick enough to entertain me.

i contradict that, i've driven a e36 m3 they aren't as fast as people play them off to be, i think it'd make one hell of a car to play with.

and as ive already explained to ryan, i have s52 parts for a swap readily availible, i havent bought them yet, but there not going any where anytime soon, and i think i can get them for cheaper than a m52 i'm pretty sure i can atleast...

You have no idea what you're talking about. E36 M3s are a lot heavier with the same motor and far more advanced rear suspension, it takes talent to drive a swapped E30 with any upgrades.

And your mustang comparison is bullshit, they have very different power delivery and torque curves and if that's the feeling you want, buy a mustang. Homo.

I'm nice to everyone in/around NC. Gotta be friendly with local guys. I was just curious about the desire for traction issues in 4th gear.

I've never broken my car loose in 4th, but I shift like grandma. I bet my car is faster than a 5.0 Fox-body though ;).

Its preformace. If you want a car that is going to spin the tires get a mustang or somthing. If you want a car that can put it down get a bmw. 240hp with an s52 same as a s50. And for the critisizem remark I dont understand that at all. So you want no traction in any gear besides 5th? That makes no sence whats so ever.
