What is required to change my diff for my e30 with a m44b19?

My e30 has a m44b19 with the transmission, but it's still got the original 318i diff, the tag is pretty rusty but from driving it I think its the 4:45 diff as it revs very high for normal speeds; first gear all the way to redline doesnt even touch 30mph so its too heavy on the acceleration.
I've seen a 4:10 diff for sale but i need to know if i need to get any propshafts for it to fit. I would imagine that the driveshaft is from the e36 and even though it fit directly to the e30 diff, I would like to know if it is a direct fit?
I've put a pictureof the underbody when it was on the lift if that helps.
    Thanks :)

hard to follow what you are trying to get at here. the new diff will work as long as it is a small case e30 diff. nothing from the e36 will work.

That's pretty interesting as its running the e36 engine and transmission to the e30 diff, but i have now realised it will fit as its a small case so no need to get anything else for it. Thanks.
