Recommended Red Line tranny fluid

I searched for the answer to this and it seems as if it's been asked before, but not answered definitively.

Which type of Red Line fluid should I put in my 325i transmission? (getrag 260 I believe?)

There seem to be four options:

Red Line 75W90 Gear Oil
Red Line MTL (70w80)
Red Line MT-90 (75w90)
Red Line 75w90 NS

Many people say they use MTL, but simultaneously recommend a 75w90 fluid.

I tried the MTL and 85w90 I think it was. Although both were labeled mtl so I'm not sure. I had it in two different trans so I can't really compare... both work. I'd just to with the MTL though.
