checking out a e30 with shifting problem

i'm going to be cheking out a 325is soon.

he says that the shifting is a little stiff and he says a bmw mechanic said the tranny fluid just needs to be flushed.

i searched and tried to find other people with the same problems.
maybe it needs to be bled?
if you guys can help me out that would be great!

yeah that's common, put some redline in it and rebuild the linkage, it will probably be fine.
