Yes, they make 4.10 diffs that are LSD and non-LSD.

In fact, I can't think of any BMW diff ratio that's made only LSD or Open (non-LSD), they're all made in both versions AFAIK.

LSD is an option for any non-sport model, though. My 85 325e was ordered with one, and it's not a sport package model. It was a $700 option according to my window sticker.
