    differential sensor = wrong connector

The electrical connector on my new diff is a different style from the old one. Can I swap the old sensor for my old diff into the new one, or do I need to find a pigtail for the new diff?

    You can swap the sensors.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Tim, they are a direct swap. Just take off the two 10mm bolts.

OK - Thanks. So the two sensors are different. One has the two magnetic (yep - a large glob of metal shavings stuck to the sensor from the puked diff) prongs the same length, the other one has one prong about 1cm longer than the other. I've got them swapped; will drive the car around and see if the speedo seems believable.
