Fair price for 5 speed swap parts?

is $350 a fair price for everything needed to swap an Auto E30 to manual? the shifter seems tight and has new bushings/etc. the linkage has been rebuilt. what would you offer?

    Sounds fair but what's "everything"?

sounds about right. ive sold trannys for 200 so 150 for all the other accessories is a decent price.

everything is pedals, slave, master, trans, driveshaft, guibo, shifter ,rebuilt linkage. He says there is some play in the drive shaft. is this a deal breaker? and he has lowered the price to 300. (I already have a flywheel and plan on getting a new clutch kit before swapping) thanks for the info guys!
