What kind of Dif do I have on my 1991 318is?

I wanted to know what kind of a differential was on my 1991 318is. And also does anyone know if my stock driveline will connect to a manual transmission that I'm getting for my M50 swap? If it sounds like I don't know what I'm talking about......... believe me, I don't. So please help me out. lol thanks in advance.

The car should have a 4.10 LSD in it, unless someone has changed the differential.

Car could've come with either. The s4.10 was optional, look at the tag.

The metal tag is located on the differential.

m42 diffs were all small case 4.10's, the s4.10 being the optional LSD.
