Pilot Bearing or Throw out bearing?

In neutral, when I rev my car and slowly press the clutch in, probably a centimeter or so of the way, I can feel a slight vibration in the pedal. When I'm rolling and I depress the clutch in, I can also feel this vibration in the pedal through every gear. I'm going to replace my throw out bearing, but can the idle vibration come from the pilot bearing? How do you know if you have a bad pilot bearing?
Also, I'm sure my clutch fork pivot pin is broken because when I pulled my trans to do the clutch it didn't seem like it was there anymore..

Thanks for the help anyone :)

Id go with throwout bearing, since you are only seeing this when clutch is depressed. If it were pilot noise or vibration, it would be constant, because the input shaft is always in contact with it.

Would pilot bearing noise go away when the clutch is depressed?

Pilot bearing doesn't move in relation to the clutch pedal. When you push the clutch pedal, hydraulic pressure moves through master to slave. An actuator rod in the slave pushes the clutch fork, which pushes the throwout bearing down the input shaft into the Pressure plate. Pressure plate moves the clutch disk against the flywheel.
