    Another Clutch Problem

Here is the story: I pulled out of red robin last night and 200 meters from the place I push in my clutch to shift, and it didn't come up. I did exactly what I read other people did and pulled it up with my hand. I go to press it again and it pushes down to the floor without ANY resistance. This happened all of a sudden, so I threw it in neutral so I could roll into a parking lot. I made it halfway off the street. I got three buddies to help me push it, and we BARELY were able to push it on flat ground. The e brake wasn't on, and it was in neutral, but the brake lights were on? So I think either the brakes (idk why it would be them) or the clutch was somehow engaged because it was soo hard to push.

Anyway Its sitting in a parking lot right now and I'm gonna have a friend take a look at it in a few hours. If its not something quick (like a clutch cable) I'll get it towed to my house later today.

Sounds like the master of the slave cylinder went bad.

It definitely sounds like it's in the hydraulics, check your brake fluid because there is a hose on the driver side of the tank and that's for your clutch so make sure your fluid is over that. It might be the seals in the master or the slave or your line could have got a hole in it. Take your buddy with you and try to bleed the system to see if you get any air pockets.

I checked and there is no leakage anywhere. even after pumping brake pedal, and moving clutch in and out, no fluid drips anywhere. My brake fluid reservoir is halfway full if that changes anything. Should I just go ahead and replace the clutch master cylinder?

Also after pumping the brake a few times the car now rolls like its supposed to. That makes me lol because it took 4 of us to push it yesterday, when all I had to do was pump the pedal a few times. But the break lights are still on.....

There are times when hydraulics fail and you will never see a leak. The straight cut seal inside the master goes and doesn't allow you to build pressure.
