    and so you have to bend shift linkage.... pulled mine, didnt have to bent my M roadster lever... fucking thing is useless....

        Nah, got used to it pretty quickly. That armrest is still singing though, I'll probably just remove the sliding tray somehow.

          Are you talking about the big vibration dampener ring that mounts near the transmission?

          If so, how did you remove it? Mine looks like it's part of the output flange.

            It's attatched to the flex disc. Comes right off when you have it all apart.

            I didn't do this job personally, or else I'd be more descriptive.

              I just took mine off, spun the nuts on to protect the bolts and gave them a couple good whacks with a 3 pound hammer and out came the bolts, it slid right off after that


              and it's not "placebo" it's confirmation bias.

                It's probably shorter to make up for the lack of torque compared to an M20, as it gets the car rolling from a stop.
