    Are all 3.91 lsd's Vlsd's?

So I have a small case 3.91 lsd that I bought a while back and I'm wondering if there is any chance its NOT a vlsd. I don't know what car it came off, I didn't pull it.

I did some searching and read that the vlsd's have a V stamped on them instead of an S, is this accurate? Is there another way to identify them externally?

    Any help is appreciated,
    Adam

All the 3.91's I have seen are from iX's. You sure it is a small case? And the only way I can tell which ones they are from the outside is by the V stamp on the case

they did come with a regular LSD too.

and yes, they have a V on them instead of an S. also it's on the tag on the diff.

Awesome, mine is stamped with an S on the case and tag. I really didn't want to waste my time putting one of vlsd's in.
Thanks for the info guys, much appreciated!
