g260 bellhousing question

    g260 bellhousing question

    where exactly does the bellhousing split? from my experience most transmissions split in 3 places. same with the getrag g260?

    The bell housing of a G260 is part of the forward section of the transmission. The most aft part of the transmission separates to remove the gear cluster.
    The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

      so it looks like it only splits into two pieces, is that what you meant Jim, as in the front and rear section? if thats the case, I need to rethink my plan
