HELP! Clutch wont engage after 5spd swap!!!

Just got done buttoning everything up after a 5spd swap in my 88 SETA.

Used a Dual Mass Flywheel and this clutch kit:

Started the car and clutch won' fully engage.

The car will barely move when in gear and the clutch is smoking a little.
It's like the clutch is slightly disengaged just enough to not make good contact.

What would cause this to happen?!?!

Could I have installed the clutch disc backwards our maybe used the wrong throw out bearing?

    Please help

dual mass flywheel comes in different depths, so you must use the matching flywheel.

Whats the part number of the flywheel?
