Annoying Driveline Rubber Band Effect?

I have been experiencing the same issue in my car after swapping in a built 2.8l stroker and it's driving me nuts!! Ever figure out what the issue was?

jlevie was correct, as is noahsense. I swapped in the used throttle body and and a new OEM hose to the ICV. I also sealed up the metal splined elbows that that come out of the throttle body because they were too loose. Doing those things markedly improved the issue I was having. It still isn't perfect, but I can prevent it now if I pay attention, whereas before it would do it no matter what I did. It's possible I still have a few minor leaks in that intake mess somewhere.

I have to replace my head gasket this weekend anyway so I'm going to seal everything up on the tb and make sure there are no leaks at the manifold and ill post up the results. Thanks for the info guys

To make this even more confusing, now that I'm DDing my coupe (while the Cabrio is being worked on) it does the same thing. Similarity is it has a JB Racing FW. Difference is it's an M10 which bucks and makes noise even when they are brand new :p

I'll pay attention to this symptom and see if I can contribute something less useless.
