    small output seal leak

I have noticed that i have a small output shaft seal leak
small as in i noticed it a year ago and i have checked
the fluid level regularly but it still is just a touch over full

i have recently decided to drain it and refill with MTL but i dont
want my leak to get worse and leak out my expensive fluid

so could i add a little at205 rear main sealer when i change
fluid to stop the leak or would this somehow damage my trans?

or just not worry about it and change just change the fluid?

Put a new seal in. Never use stop-leak products on anything ever except for a derby or 24hrs of Lemons car.

Mine's been leaking for over a decade. I just make sure it is topped up every year or so. It's a little messy but it doesn't drip on the driveway or anything.
