Car shakes a bit when i clutch in?

Whenever I'm in first going ~5 mph and I clutch in, something under the car seems to shake or clank around. It seems to be the driveshaft and the vibration or shaking moves to the diff. What could it be?

Maybe flywheel or the bolts came loose.

Id get under the car and check to make sure nothing has come loose. The bolts on my drive shaft have come loose before and caused vibrations.

i had a car that clunked with clutch in, turned out the csb had zero rubber left and the bearing would hit the csb housing.
