I recently developed a thumping or rumbling noise from the rear of my car when not accelerating. Sound is similar to when you drift out of your lane on the highway and hit the rumble strips. Again it only happens when I let off the throttle with the transmission still in gear. Anyone know what his could be? I was suspecting the diff.. Thanks in advance.
