    Clutch Won't Disengage

Thought slave cylinder or master cylinder went. Pedal is soft but comes back, no leaks, and everything looks to be fine. It worked before I took the tranny out. I took the clutch and flywheel out and through it all back together. What could I have messed up? Thanks

Have you tried bleeding the clutch? It sounds like there is air in the system.

Wouldn't it change in pressure in the pedal if there was air in it and I kept pressing the pedal repeatedly. How would air get in it if I only removed it from the transmission and put it back on? Appreciate any help. Thanks

Possibly the disk is backwards and hanging up on the hub
