    Flywheel/Pressure Plate Question

    So here's my scenario/problem.

I bought a Super ETA block and 885i head combo. Took the motor apart, replaced seals/head gasket, yadda yadda. So I got my LuK dual mass flywheel resurfaced that came off of my previous m20b25 (PO did 5 speed swap on it, 1991 325i)

However my new Sachs pressure plate will absolutely not bolt up to the flywheel, what knowledge am I missing here? What are my possible compatibility issues? Late model vs early model? 'E' vs 'i' motor/flywheel? Perhaps is it just because LuK and Sachs are different companies with different specs?

Pretty bummed and now I'm clinically depressed in conjunction with an alcoholic rage about this.

Only thing i can think of is that the kit is for the single mass flywheel. But i'm not sure that their is a difference between flywheel bolt location.

I'm going to see if I can locate a single mass flywheel I suppose.
