    Clutch question

What kind of clutch do you guys recommend. My clutch on my e30 is done. I have an 86 325e. Ive read that sachs is pretty good. I was thinking of upgrading to a stage 2. At the moment it's my weekend car. I do eventually want it to be my weekend slash track car.

I dont think i'll be able to modify the car until maybe a year and half.

any ideas? i've seen the sachs clutch on ebay for $124 which is affordable.

any help i will appreciate it.

Unless you're planning a build that's going to be making a lot more power, a stock clutch is great, no real need for stage 2 or any of that stuff. The OE clutch is designed for anything a stock, or close to it, motor can throw at it.

^ That. a 325e is definitely not going to get anywhere close to the amount of power that will kill a stock clutch. It'll never be a track toy either, unless you swap the motor. At that point a different clutch may make sense. But not now.
