brake pedal adjustment after 5spd swap

After doing a 5spd swap, my brakes seem to be acting up. Once in a while when I am driving and push my brakes in, they won't release until I turn the car off and then turn it back on after some time. Is that because my brake pedal/push rod clevis isn't adjusted correctly after doing the pedal swap?

I can't seem to find any other information on this other than possible bad adjustment or my brake booster going bad. Everything worked normal prior to the swap.

Yes, the rod from the booster to the master may be a bit long, which can
    leave teh master slightly extended.
That traps fluid in the brake system, because it covers up the return ports at the top
    of the master piston's travel.
As you drive, you use the brakes, heat things up, and they expand. That makes the
brakes drag, heat up more, expand more, and then lock on.
After it all cools down, everything's fine again.

Try shortening the booster pushrod length a bit. I think there's an official number,
but 'a bit' might just be what you need.

Other thing to check is that the pedal's fully retracting inside the cabin. If it leaves
pressure against the booster, the booster will keep boosting...
