Dorman Driveshaft???

@cpandrewschmidt how did this driveshaft hold up?

He hasn't been on the website for a couple years.

I think if you buy a refurbished BMW driveshaft, the refurbisher reuses the pipes, but cuts out the old u-joints and welds in new ones. So, everything depends on his skills.

If you buy a Dorman driveshaft, the pipes are new and the u-joints are new. It's balanced at the factory. If it's well-balanced at the beginning, why shouldn't it work forever? You'll be able to even change the u-joints yourself.
