    Transmission clicking noise

I reinstalled the diff after replacing subframe and trailing arm bushings. The diff bushing was replaced also because the (solid) rubber had loosened from the sleeve. When I bolted up the diff it lined up great but I had to bend the rear diff mount a bit to fit. I did not do anything with the driveline except unbolt it from the diff. Now I'm getting a clicking noise from the transmission/guibo area. Do I need to like adjust the driveline? Am I supposed undo the large nut on the driveline and maybe release any stress?

    Yup.

Also look at your csb/rear trans mounts and shift platform- sometimes
things are super- cozy around the shifter...

Turned out to be the passenger side parking brake. Noise traveled up the cable to the center console.
