You need to a clutch switch in place of the neutral safety start, or just jump the relay. If you simply bypass the switch at the shift console, you'll kill the relay and be stranded and not realize what caused it. If you jump the relay your cruise will not shut off when you press the clutch, so put a switch on the clutch pedal.
You'd want to replace all shifter bushings and clips, and possibly upgrade to another lever, replace your clutch hose, master/slave cylinder, guibo, CSB, and hardware if you wanted to do it really nice.
I'm not doing a swap, but I may have the parts to sell someone a complete swp "kit" - just want to make sure I include everything needed from the donor car.
