I hate to say it, but you should really try searching. COulda sworn I saw a BRAND NEW thread on this like 3 days ago.

Just did an auto to manual swap on my 325is just four weeks ago.
It takes a manual tranny drive shaft, pedal assebly with clutch master with line to connect to clutch slave, flywheel, pilot bearing, maybe new brake fluid resevior with open tab to clutch master, jumping connector pins for the park neutral saftey switch and an inline switch if you want your cruise to work(wont work if it thinks the car is in park/neutral), and the trans cross member with hardware. not to mention manual trans with clutch and flywheel.
thats pretty much it if i didn't leave anything out.:DComment
