I'll post pics when I find someone w/ a camera. Mine is broken. I removed the whole shift carrier assembly and moved the lever up and into the center of the hole in the tranny tunnel. Which also ment modifying the selector rod. The shifts are unbelieveable crisp now. And w/ the z4 3.0 lever its also very short.
