    who's running a rebuilt driveshaft?

i'm thinking about picking up a rebuilt driveshaft vs a used one from these guys

Replacement driveshaft catalog for most vehicles. We carry New and Remanufactured drive shafts all built with the highest quality materials.

the current driveshaft I have has a bad u joint and the other driveshaft from my parts car the threads are messed up for the rear half. most likely from the previous owner.

soooooooooo instead of dealing with a lot of bs of a used one and to have that one go... that place linked above has all new u joints center support and bushings

anyone running a rebuilt by someone else? price?

I went with one from Driveline Service of Portland for my e36. http://www.driveshafts.com/
what you did to this car is like getting a supermodel naked and willing to do anything you please. now here you are faced with ths once in a lifetime opportunity and then you squander it by making her fuck you in the butt with a 24" strap on. you are a sad, silly little boy.

For the love of God - do a damn search:

http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=105779 <this one is only a few weeks old!

Want me to find more? Not trying to be a dick - but I have personally seen three threads regarding this exact thing in the past couple months.

And, I still recommend Mesa Performance in SoCal - their driveshafts do not require the U-Joints to be serviced, like Driveline Service of Portland's do (meaning - you have to grease the damn things - no thanks!)

I have the mesa one in my car personally - and it's fantastic.
