    LS1 swap -- engine starts then immediately dies.

    Hi all. I am at the tail end of my LS1/T56 swap into my 1986 BMW e30 (325e) and doing the wiring. Now that I have everything hooked up, I am running into an issue. When I go to start the car, it starts and then immediately shuts off. When I say immediately, I mean less than a second.
    I have access to hp tuners and have the oem tune on the pcm. After much googling and trying different things per some forums, here is what I have tried to no avail:

    1.) VATs is off. (I have an hptuners to verify).

    2.) Tested for spark – good.

    3.) Tested fuel injectors for power/pwm signal with a DMM and noid light – good.

    4.) I have ground wire to the back of the driver side head and another from block to chassis.

    5.) I have the ignition hot activation wire (needs 12V when key is in start and run position) going to pin 7 of C101 connector: https://ibb.co/LNV6mhV . I see 12V when in ‘run’, but it does drop off to around 10V when cranking.

    6.) Fuel pump does pressurize the rail to around 55-60psi. I can also hear it.

    7.) The following I don’t have hooked up: MAF, IAT, O2 sensors.

    If anyone has any other ideas I could look at please let me know. I have an hp tuner and if anyone has any ideas what to look for in the vcm scanner: https://ibb.co/1nPpYx9 fire away.

    VATS. Do a write entire when you disable VATS not a write calibration, it'll say it's disabled in the OS, but without a write entire it will not actually disable VATS. I keep running into this for some reason even from reputable hptuners mail order tunes.

      What happens when you give some gas? Have you set your IAC?
