    V8 e30

I want to put a V8 in an E30, pretty much any V8. an M60, LT1, Ford Modular, something along those lines. would it be easier to use the m21 trans or the one from the donor car with a custom driveline. what else might I have to to make this happen? It's not about the power, it's just about the v8!

He has an LS1 e30 with a whole book dedicated to how to do it.

I sent this dude asking if you can use an LT1 insted of the LS1. It's cheaper and the LS1 would not have enough benifit to justify the cost in this situation.
