I'm curious as to how "un-flexi" that mount is. I know I tied my same Wilwood pedal assembly into the rollcage, the dashbar, the firewall and the steering column support and I was still looking for more structure to tie into, just to be sure. Don't get me wrong, I love the design and the simplicity of this piece and how it opens the community to this style of pedal/MC assembly, but you can generate some serious force with your leg while braking. I would like to see it and how/what it mounts to. I looks pretty decent, if it works as well as it looks, then everybody doing a V8 swap needs one!!!

I still haven't discarded this idea yet either.

I like this for easy installation:

I don't know anything about these aftermarket setups though.

I *think* it can be used with this?

disc brakes, big brakes, bbk, brake conversion kit, bolt on brake kits, calipers, pads, pedal assembly, rotors, dynalite, dynapro, hats, hubs, line kits, master cylinders, pads, polymatrix, racing, hats, brake lines, superlite, d52

    or this

disc brakes, big brakes, bbk, brake conversion kit, bolt on brake kits, calipers, pads, pedal assembly, rotors, dynalite, dynapro, hats, hubs, line kits, master cylinders, pads, polymatrix, racing, hats, brake lines, superlite, d52

    And 3 of these?

MasterCylinder No: 260-10374, master cylinders, aluminum tandem, combination remote, compact master cylinder, go-kart master cylinder, handle-bar master cylinder, rebuild kits, high volume, hvm master cylinder, tandem, bleeding kits

    Bringing the total to $500-$600

Are you going for a boosterless setup? the Tilton floor mounted assembly (3 pedal 2 master cylinder for brake+ 1 for clutch) is just down right sexy looking. Other then that im not much help.

Does anyone know what a 6:1 with 2 master cylinders for the brake would feel like in a boosterless setup? To firm for daily driving?

    Aftermarket (tilton?) brake setup?

Has anyone here done their research on what is a good option out there that can be used in our cars? I have an early car, so there isn't much going on under the dash (not abs computer, no airbag bar/kneepad).

What is a good config out for the money?
