exhaust question

so i have a M-coupe exhaust i got last year for a big whopping 100 bucks :) i was wondering since its for a 3.2 6 banger,would it be ok with a 4.4 V8,i am not only taking about back pressure but would all the exhaust that re circulates in the muffler handle all that pressure?

It would work physically, but I would go with something more free-flowing to make more use of your V8.

It works fine with the 4.4 V8 as well, there's no use in making the exhaust pipes too large - you just get that stupid booming sound..

2" diameter pipe is good for 200hp / 2L, and I'd imagine the Z3M exhaust is 2x2" - meaning it can handle 4.4 L / 300..350hp without problems.
