I think holley sells an afpr to suit your needs.

Funfgang is running carbed. I helped him build his car. But at first he ran a fpr that went bad because it was a single inlet/outlet and couldnt hold the 30+psi from the stock fuel pump. Now he runs an adjustable holley fpr that has a return line so the pressure doesnt fatigue it. Been working great. 6-7 psi should be good to suit your needs. but make sure to get something adjustable.

You'll need the fpr (holley, mallory, aeromotive ect) and dont forget the fuelpump blockoff plate if your motor has a pump already. Pretty sure holley blue pumps come with an adj fpr. Its like $110 and a fpr runs like $80 to 100 anyways.

Or just run the fuel lines to the mechanical pump and pull the fuel pump fuse. It shouldnt have a problem drawing thru.
