Changing Headlight Bulbs after V8 Swap

For those with the M60 and M62s under the hood and the brake booster installed up front, how easy is it to change your headlights bulb if/when they go out? Can you get a hand or two in/around the booster or must it come out for bulb changes?

It takes 5 minutes tops to remove the grille and entire headlight assembly, I can't imagine why you'd want to remove the booster instead...
